1-Rules of the Program
LeoTTERY Chat is designed to work at a chatroom, where the players enter and place their bets. Our Program offers many chances to bet per day, because a new round is open for bets every 10-15 minutes. The players can place up to 10 bets per round, and the cost per bet is only 5 cents.

There´s also a Monthly Contest. Those most active players can get paid twice the amount they´ve placed in bets that month.

How LeoTTERY Chat works.
The Round starts, LeoTTERY Chat selects 5 secret numbers, chosen between 1 and 32. Then the players try to match those numbers, posting their own series of five numbers each. At the right time, the secret combination is revealed and players´ matching ones are the winners. It´s just like a conventional Lottery.
The players must post their 5 numbers of each serie separated by a “-”, or a point, like this:

Each serie costs 5 cents. The Round is open for 5 minutes. After that, no more bets are accepted and the combination is revealed. The winners are announced after the recount.

The Top prize is 100 dollars, but you can be rewarded in different ways:
2 matches of 5, you earn 20c;
3 matches, you earn 120c;
4 matches, you earn 1500c, 15 dollars;
5 matches, BINGO! You earn 10.000c! One Hundred Dollars!
If you match 1 number only, but continuously for 3 times in the same Round, you earn 25c.

A new Round is open every 10-15 min.

Notes:
You may request your earnings at once; no min. amount needed for payout.
If you miss the sign “-” between two numbers, we´ll have to nullify that bet. The sign helps our automatic system to check the matching bets. You get your 5 cents back.
If you post more than 10 bets for a round, only the first 10 will be accepted. You get your money back.
If you post more or less than 5 numbers for a bet, (for instance,

5-10-15-20-25-30, or 5-10-15-20) that bet will be rejected. You get your money back.

The 5 numbers for a bet must be different. This post is wrong:

No matter the order your numbers are posted. It´s only important wether they´re present or not in the serie you post.
If you pay no attention to the balance in your account and keep placing bets after having spent your funds, we´ll detect it in the recount. You won´t be rewarded for those bets. You´ll receive regular updates from LeoTTERY Chat about your current balance, and once our website is ready, you can check your account balance anytime you like.
LeoTTERY Chat works on a public chat room and all the bets posted will be seen by every player.

2-Register
You need a Skype account to join LeoTTERY Chat. You also need an account in Alertpay or Neteller to fund and collect money.
To get registered, send an e-mail to  leottery2008 at yahoo.es from the same e-mail address you have for your Alertpay or Neteller account. We only manage one e-mail per user.
The subject is “Register”. You’ll receive a short form to be filled and sent back. When your registration is done, you’ll receive via e-mail a PIN (Personal Id. Number). You won’t have to post your PIN for your transactions with us. It is just for us when we need to announce important info, like changes in our Program, etc., to let you verify the truthfulness of the process. It´s also to be requested by you whenever you need to be sure about any transaction to/from LeoTTERY Chat.
Do not reveal your PIN to anyone. LeoTTERY Chat will never need you to do that.
Because of the amount of mails we are currently managing, please be patient until we can read and register yours. It might take up to 5 days.

You do not need to fund your account at LeoTTERY Chat for now, because we are still promoting the Program. We´ll notify you by e-mail when the account must be funded. We´ll also tell you the Chat room to enter and then you will be ready to play. Just join us and invite others, for you will be rewarded for the people you invite (see Part 6 below).

3-Deposits and Payments
Via Alertpay or Neteller. You do not have to reveal credit/debit card nor bank account info. Only an e-mail.
The e-mail for that account is the same e-mail for all your contacts to/from LeoTTERY Chat; we manage an e-mail per user only.
To Fund your account, send a pre-transaction e-mail to  leottery2008 at yahoo.es
Subject: Deposit. In the text box you must specify the amount you want to transfer. Then we send you the request via Alertpay (or Neteller, wether you have one or the other).
The min. deposit must be 3.00 (three) dollars. A fee may be applied by Alertpay or Neteller. But we´ll accept the final amount if we confirm that you transfered at least 3 dollars. That amount (3 dollars) allows you to place 60 bets (5c per bet), and the bonus you receive from LeoTTERY Chat will double that number: 120 bets for only 3 dollars (see part 5 below).
To Claim your money, send a request through your Alertpay or Neteller account. Go to Request Money, fill in the short form and enter the same address:  leottery2008 at yahoo.es
You can claim your money whenever you wish, even your earnings. No fee is demanded by us and you do not need to reach a min. amount to get paid. The exception is for the bonus (see Part 5 below).
If you fund in euro, then 3 euros for min deposit. However, US dollar is the currency LeoTTERY Chat works with; your funds in euros might be taxed in the conversion tramit. You should fund in US Dollars, if possible.

4-Anti-fraud system
You could be wondering: Is LeoTTERY Chat reliable? Can the Program alter the results to deceive the players so they can´t win?
Impossible. All the players receive the winning numbers for every round before the bets are placed. That info is password-protected, but can be kept in the PC until the end of that round.
When the round is done, the winning combination is revealed, and so is the password. This way everyone can check the file they´d kept. No deceit at all.

5-Bonus
LeoTTERY Chat doubles the deposit you make. If you fund 5, then your balance is 10. The limit for the bonus is 25 (if you fund 30, we add 25, not 30, and your balance is 55 instead of 60). However, the bonus is optional and you can reject it when you make the deposit. Your bonus is always 100% of your deposit; you cannot determine the amount of the bonus.
You may request your money whenever you want, but to claim your bonus you must bet at least 5 times the bonus amount.
If you claim your money before you complete the bonus requirement, you lose the bonus. You can request a payment and keep your bonus as valid if you claim what you earn only.
For instance: you fund your account with 5 dollars; with the bonus you reach 10 dollars. You need to start earning in order to claim any payment, and your balance has to be 10 dollars or higher all the time, until you bet 5 times the amount of the bonus. If your payment makes your balance fall under 10 dollars, you lose the bonus.
We offer a 100% bonus for your first deposit only. From 2nd to 10th, a 30% Bonus. Any other deposit receives a 15% bonus, also optional.

6-Referral Program
Join LeoTTERY Chat now and get paid for inviting others. 3 levels for yor downline are rewarded. We pay 50c for every friend you submit as your direct referral, and 10c for your 2nd and 3rd level referrals.
You can also win more money from your referrals’ bets. 15, 10 & 5% of their bets (1st, 2nd & 3rd levels).
Once you get Registered, you receive a form with your ID, and you must send/post/share that form wherever you wish, except as Spam. When anyone complete the registration, he/she will appear as your referral.
You can create your own method to invite others so we can place him/her as your referral. We sugest this:
Invite your friends to contact you by e-mail if they want to join the Program. Then you forward the e-mail to us, with the Subject “Referral”. His/her e-mail must appear in the text box. We contact that person and, if joined, you get paid.
Notes:
If a registered user gets inactive, will be unsubscribed from our Program after 3 months, unless he/she requests the remotion before that time. We´ll contact that user and he/she´ll be asked to claim the money, if any. The downline is not broken at all, so you keep your referrals anyway.
Bonus and Commission are not the same. Your commission for referrals is not subject to any other rule than this: your referral must place at least 25 bets to allow you to get paid.

7-To cancel your account
Our purpose is the players feel happy with our Program. But if you wish to cancel your account anyway, just send an e-mail to:

You can also log into your Alertpay or Neteller account and claim all your funds, by the method we already described above (see Part 3)
